Abstract(摘要）：
Metal nanoclusters stabilized by organic molecules or DNA have?tunable surfaces, size-dependent quantum effects, and extraordinary stabilities, therefore they are both interesting for fundamental research and technological applications. They are promising candidates for bio-sensor, bio-imaging, catalysis, nanomedicine?etc. Theoretical studies of the clusters by?Density Function Theory (DFT) simulations and Molecular Dynamics (MD) modeling will be presented in the talk. Their structures, optical and chemical properties as well as?possible applications is studied through collaborating with experimental groups.
